Tophockey

HC Eindhoven has the ambition to make hockey at the highest possible level possible for all teams. The Tophockey committee provides the facilities that should enable our players to best develop their talent. Every year, the association aims to have some talents from its own youth academy move on to the first senior teams.

In addition to the structural matters, the following activities are also organised:

• parent meeting at the start of the season finding,
• appointing and supervising trainers for the top teams
• evaluations by and with trainers and contact with coaches
• 6 times per season theme afternoon/evening for trainers of top teams
• providing multiple feedback moments to the players
• allowing talented players to train with higher teams

The Tophockey committee falls under the technical framework of the association.

Sub-objectives of the Top Hockey committee:

• flow; every year at least 1 to 2 players from the A-youth to Ladies 1/Men 1
• more integration of players from Ladies 1 and Men 1 as trainer, coach, mentor or by giving clinics
• have players from the top youth teams play a role as trainer or coach at the top or broad trainers of top teams,
• encouraging and facilitating further development within HC Eindhoven through training
